As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires a licensed real estate professional with a strong background in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, responding
to inquiries and providing updates on property transactions, collecting reviews and management client flows.
Transaction Coordination: Manage real estate transactions, including managing paperwork, contracts, and deadlines.
Listing Management: Create and update property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Database Management: Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, property showings, and other activities for real estate agents.
Market Research: Conduct research on the real estate market, development, and industry trends.
Document Preparation: Draft and edit documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including social media promotion, e-flyers, and advertisement.
Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in Texas.
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM software, and other real estate tools and social media platforms such as Tiktok, IG, YouTube and Meta.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● High School Diploma or equivalent.
● College degree preferred.
● Active real estate license.
● Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is preferred.
