Crystal Washington is an experienced luxury real estate broker whose mission is to help people find the homes of their dreams and empower as many lives as possible through homeownership. Crystal and her team at Douglas Elliman excels at providing a seamless end-to-end concierge service when selling, buying homes, or leasing property.

Prior to becoming a top real estate broker in Austin, Crystal spent a decade uncovering and delivering impactful stories as an accomplished News Reporter and Anchor of local and national news. Her journey in Journalism took her to many states across the country, including Hawaii, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and the great state of Texas, where she and her husband Travis and sons Chase and Cruz currently reside and happily call Austin home. Initially, Crystal began her real estate career as an investor, acquiring multi-family homes and single-family rentals with her husband as a means of retirement. After acquiring four units within their first three years, Crystal was infatuated with the industry and the wealth-building opportunities that real estate and property ownership had to offer.

Crystal’s success in sales, knack for investing, skills in public relations, and knowledge in media marketing swiftly caught the attention of high-profile clients and corporations. Crystal has represented clients from big tech companies and professional athletes with both the NFL and MLS. She is a preferred agent of the Austin FC, the city’s major league soccer team. In 2022, Crystal was named Austin Home Magazine REALTOR of the Year for her work in luxury and personal investment acumen. For the past several years, Crystal has been named a PT50 Semifinalist. In 2022, Crystal was named Austin Home Magazine REALTOR of the year for her work in luxury and personal investment acumen. In 2021, Crystal was recognized as one of the Top Producing Female Broker in Austin by Women in Austin Real Estate, an organization that rates local real estate experts based on sales, community impact, brand marketing, and altruism.

Originally from Dallas, Kattia relocated to Austin after graduating from Texas State University, where she fell in love with the community she now proudly serves. Her background in education uniquely positions her to listen closely, advocate strongly, and ensure her clients feel confident and informed throughout the buying or selling process from the first conversation through closing.
